PHYTOINDICATORS OF THE PHYSICAL GEOGRAPHICAL CONDITIONS ALONG THE UPPER COURSES OF THE TCHEPELARSKA AND VATCHA RIVERS

Summary

This article aims to characterize some physical geographical conditions along the upper courses of the Tchepelarska and Vatcha rivers by applying the method of phytoindication. There has been used D. Vorobyov’s coefficient of air humidity, which proves to be effective for-clarifying the hydroclimatic peculiarities in mountainous landscapes and especially in forest coenoses. Attention is paid to the anthropogenic changes which have affected certain plants and their associations such as felling, fires and recreation activities.
