Summary

This paper investigates how much the regime of days, both with thunder and hail has been changed during the few last decades under the conditions of general environmental changeability in Sofia. For this purpose data from parallel meteorological researches in the city and its vicinity during the 60-year period of time has been used. Some of the data used from the city station cover 90-year period of time. A relative increasing of the days, both with thunder and hail above Sofia compared to those of the surrounding areas, as well as in the seasonal structure of these days in the city has been established.
